How It Works

How the partnership works.

You bring the client and stay their trusted advisor. We run the platform, the support, the billing, the taxes, and the compliance. Here’s exactly how that works, start to finish, so there are no unknowns before you ever get on a call.

The Division of Labor

We’re your phone department. You stay the trusted advisor.

You keep doing what you already do: know the client, spot the opportunity, stay the person they trust. We do everything that makes phones a business you’d rather not be in.

Diagram: you keep the client relationship while VoIP Country runs the platform, Tier 1-3 support, number porting, billing, E911 and Kari’s Law, STIR/SHAKEN, telecom taxes, and monitoring.

That’s the whole division of labor. There is no third column where you quietly end up owning something.

The Process

From a name on your list to a client on the phones.

Five-step process: size the account, port the numbers, provision and ship phones, run the cutover, then train and support.
  1. We look at a real client.

Bring one or two accounts from your book. Under NDA, we size what they have now, what it would run on our platform, and what you’d earn, before you commit anyone.

  2. We port the numbers.

We manage the port end to end: the letter of authorization, the paperwork, the losing-carrier rejections, the ugly ports. You never learn the rejection codes.

  3. We provision and ship the hardware.

Extensions, call flows, auto-attendants. Built before anyone touches a desk. Your client gets real desk phones, provisioned and shipped ready to plug in.

  4. We run the cutover.

Scheduled around the client’s business hours, with us on it while it happens. Old system down, new system up, no gap they’d notice.

  5. We train, then we support.

We train their staff on the new system, then run US-based Tier 1, 2, and 3 support during business hours, with 24/7 emergency support. When the phone breaks on a Friday afternoon, it comes to our desk. Not your cell.

The Money

Half the profit, monthly, for the life of the account.

  • We bill the client, subtract the real cost, and split what’s left evenly. We don’t even deduct our own support time. We eat that.
  • No fee to join. No signup fee, no platform fee. No minimums. No quotas.
  • We don’t publish a rate, because what a client pays depends on their size and how they use their phones. Instead of a made-up number on a page, we show you the real figures on your own clients, under NDA, before you commit anyone.

The Relationship

The customer stays yours. In writing.

You’re still the account manager: the one who knows the client, notices when they open a second office, and picks up when they have a question about their business. We handle the phones under the hood; you handle the relationship. The customer is yours, contractually. We don’t go around you.

Bring us one client and see the numbers.

No fee, no minimum, no quota. Just a conversation about a client or two from your book and an honest look at what phones would add to your business.
